TERMS:

We accept all major credit cards, certified checks and money orders. Company checks are welcome with pre-approved credit. If would like to be obtain terms. Please contact us for a credit application. Buyers is responsible for all shipping and freight charges,
FOB seller’s ware house. We accept visa. Master Card, Discover and American Express.

SHIPMENT:

Under normal circumstances. Order placed before 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped out the same day from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Via FedEx ground or as instructed by customer. Drop shipment is provided at no additional charge. Refused / unclaimed C.O.D. Shipments will be subject to freight and restocking fees. These charges must be paid prior to any further shipments.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY:

Authorized returns and exchange must be made with in 5 days after customer’s receipt of merchandise. All returns and exchange will be subject to 15% re-stocking fee in addition to freight charges, please call in to get an approved return authorization number and please ensure that each box returned is mark with that given return authorized number. All return boxes without RA. # will be refused. No altered merchandise will be accepted (i-e printed, dyed, etc). Customer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of seller’s error.
